All in-house events are subject to a service fee which will include set up and break down of the event. Events accomodating 30 or fewer guests will be subject to a $75 fee ($125 for events with over 30 guests). All items are subject to gratuity and NYS sales tax. Minimum $200 deposit required at time of booking.
